| The video that I uploaded has errors upon playback. What should I do? |

When a video is uploaded to SchoolFusion, it is converted into a web-friendly format. Problems can occur when the file that you upload has an encoding issue. Please try one of the following options:
Option #1: Try encoding your video with the free tool at http://flvhosting.com/encoder/ (Download #1), and then upload the resulting file into SchoolFusion.
Option #2: Upload your video to a service dedicated to online video, such as http://teachertube.com/. These dedicated services are often able to handle a wider variety of video encoding problems. You can then easily paste the embeddable player from these services back into your SchoolFusion blog.
