Forms may be created on any Content Management Page. To create a form, first click in the text area of the page. Then click on the form creator button .
The system will prompt you to enter an email address. This will be the person who receives notification every time someone completes the form; however, any administrator with rights to the page can click on "Form Responses" to see a compilation of responses.
A red outline will appear in the text area of the page. Be sure you are clicked inside the red outline, then add your fields. Type the text as you want viewers to see it, then insert the field by clicking the appropriate button. All the following types of fields are available for forms: Please note: As you add fields and buttons, be sure all areas of the form stay within the red outline, or your form will not work!
