When I'm writing an email, can I link to a file that's uploaded on my SchoolFusion Website?
Yes, the files that you upload to SchoolFusion are available for direct linking.  Simply follow these steps:

  1. Login to your SchoolFusion site and click on "Edit Page." This will not affect the content of the page. You will need to access the files stored on the SchoolFusion server, and need to access it through a content management page.
  2. Click on the 'link' icon in the FCK editor menu box.
  3. In the small pop-up box, click on the "browser server "button .
  4. If you have not already uploaded the file to the server, browse for the file on your desk top, and upload the file to the server. Once the file has been uploaded, click on the file name.
  5. If the file has already uploaded the file to the server, click on the file name. file.
  6. Where it says URL copy the text in that text box.
  7. Paste that text into your email and then put your website address before it...see example below:

-Copied URL: /modules/groups/homepagefiles/cms/2830/Image/home.jpg
-Your Webiste: http://school.groupfusion.net

-Final link to appear in the email:  http://school.groupfusion.net/modules/groups/homepagefiles/cms/2830/Image/home.jpg

So those two are simply joined!
